Ingredients:
1 cup Onion
1 cup Crimini mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2 cups Brown rice, cooked soft
¼ cup Rolled oats, cooked soft
¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup Bulgur wheat, cooked soft
½ cup Quinoa, cooked soft
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Onion powder
1 Tbsp. Dried mushroom powder
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
¼ cup Shallots, minced
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. Chives, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. Tarragon, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. Chervil, chopped fine
Directions:
Sauté onion and mushroom in olive oil. Add rice and grind through the small die of a meat grinder. Mix together all other ingredients being careful not to mush it up too much. Form into 6 oz patties.
Assemble burgers by topping lightly toasted Kaiser rolls with a slice of smoked Gouda cheese and any other desired ingredients.
