The Capitol Experience

Offered during dinner service daily, 24 hours' notice required
Food is better when shared with friends. And now, groups of four can enjoy a decadent night out at TRIO for less with The Capitol Experience, a veritable feast featuring everything you need for a truly memorable dinner in downtown Austin. Available daily during dinner service (except holidays), The Capitol Experience is $320 (regularly $394) and includes:

  • Choice of four appetizers, or one large Texas Seafood Tower to share
  • 48-ounce prime tomahawk ribeye, carved tableside, and accompanied by four housemade sauces
  • Choice of four family-style sides
  • Bottle of wine of your liking, expertly chosen by our sommelier (valued up to $80)
  • A sweet finish, with your choice of four desserts

TRIO Two-Step Experience

Offered during dinner service daily, 24 hours' notice required

Whether you're a couple celebrating a special occasion or just two foodies looking for a memorable meal, let TRIO plan your prime steak night with our TRIO Two-Step Experience. Available daily during dinner service (except holidays), the Two-Step is $180 (regularly $237) and includes:

  • Choice of two appetizers
  • 24-ounce prime New York strip steak, carved tableside, and accompanied by housemade sauces
  • Choice of two family-style sides
  • Bottle of wine of your liking, expertly chosen by our sommelier (valued up to $80)
  • Your choice of two desserts

Pre-Theatre Dinner

Offered prior to each BROADWAY Across America theatre performance at Texas Performing Arts, pre-theatre dinner includes 15% off the regular dinner menu –– valid for reservations between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm only –– as well as complimentary valet parking at the hotel and a VIP parking pass at Bass Concert Hall.

TRIO Happy Hour

Daily from 5:00 to 7:00 pm

Join us seven days a week for $5 off our Bar Menu appetizers and $8 wines by the glass, along with complimentary valet parking. View our Happy Hour Menu


Smokin’ Tuesdays

Tuesdays from 5:30 to 8:30 pm

Tuesdays are smokin' on the TRIO back lawn! Taking place each Tuesday from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Smokin' Tuesdays feature live music, $5 local draft beer and $5 brisket sliders fresh from the TRIO smoker. 


Sunday Fun-Day

Sundays from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

Sundays offer a full day of fun with Brunch (10am to 2pm) followed by extended happy hour (2 to 10pm) featuring $5 off bar appetizers and $8 glasses of wine. View the TRIO Happy Hour Menu
