Former band member and current chef de cuisine, James Flowers', used music as his muse for each course, from an Egg Yolk Ravioli starter (Bleeding Heart by Jimi Hendrix) to a coffee- and sugar-rubbed Rib Cap Steak (Brown Sugar by The Rolling Stones). Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Pallagi Naim added to the playlist-on-a-plate with two dessert options for the evening.The meal will provide Valentine’s Day guests with an entire experience thanks to the accompanying Spotify playlist, available for listening leading up to and throughout the meal.
