Join Chef de Cuisine James Flowers on a culinary journey to Portugal, complete with his take on Bacalaítos and traditional Caldo Verde. Finish the meal with Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Pallagi-Naim's version of the famed Portuguese egg tart, Pastel de Nata.
